Linda & Dan!

You’ve seen the videos, now here are the pictures. It’s tough to narrow down 800+ images into a select few for the blog. So I chose my immediate favorites, all 29 of them. Even as I look at these I can think of more to put on here. Just watch the videos.

This has been wedding announcement #154!

San Francisco Day 3

Sunday was Linda and Dan’s semi traditional wedding ceremony in the Presidio of San Francisco. The ceremony was part Lutheran, part Jewish, and part Buddhist, followed by a chinese dragon parade and ceremony. After the reception was over I turned off all the cameras, headed to In and Out Burger, and went off to the after party. We flew out the next morning.

What a great weekend it was. For the ease of it, I put all the videos together with iMovie. Once everything is said and done, I’ll make a professionally edited video of the whole wedding for my new website. Stay tuned for the pictures I’ll post soon!

San Francisco Day 2

Today we had a rehearsal for tomorrows ceremony. Then we drove down to a private home on the beach cliffs of Pescadero for today’s event, the traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony. We went late into the evening with stories and poems about Linda and Dan.

San Francisco Day 1

We made it! We spent the first night at our friend Anne and Roger’s house in San Jose, made a few stops, and ended up in San Francisco. Here are the highlights from NY to San Fran!

Danielle & Jeff!

Yesterday I got to hang out with Danielle and Jeff. I’m photographing their wedding this August. We met up in Hartford to do their engagement session. Normally I’d wait to photograph a session until the spring when it’s warmer and there’s no snow, but Danielle said let’s do it anyway! So after a brief snowball fight (Danielle totally won, sorry Jeff) we took a walk through Bushnell Park and looped around a few blocks in the city. It wasn’t that cold out, but we did get some snow flurries during the shoot.

I especially love the picture of Dani and Jeff kissing in the puddle. Call me obsessed, but I can’t wait to see photos of the wedding!

We Moved!

So I guess your wondering what happened to the 2 years worth of blog posts that came before this one. Well, for now, they are gone. I do have a full archive of everything, but all the links for images, etc, wouldn’t be good anymore if I moved the blog. And I couldn’t get the blog transfered over to the new blog service here. So, if you were looking for something and you didn’t find it, let me know! I’ll get it out from in back of the closet.
